Driven Diaries: how come no one told me this?

Okay, folks, we are on it.

This diary entry is pretty much a big one.

But first, let me tell you a little, fascinating story.

Who doesn´t love stories, right?

Well, when I started my creative entrepreneurship journey, I had zero… ZERO idea of the kind of projects I would love to embark on.

Sure, I was confident enough that I wanted to start, but where I would want to land with all of this wasn´t crystal clear.

I always loved writing.

Loved reading and explaining different concepts in my head.

It was like being surrounded by a whole library of knowledge at my disposal every time I wandered through the thick walls that protect my brain all year round.

So, taking into account my fabulous inclination for this matter, I decided to give it a chance on Medium (the writing/blog platform most of early writers started on).

I liked it. Until I didn´t anymore. It was just not for me.

I still loved writing, but now I knew I wanted something more personal.

A deeper connection. Thankfully, Substack came to my rescue.

The rest? Well, we are now more than 800 weekly readers. A cipher that still blows my mind. Really, can´t thank you enough for commenting, liking, and sharing each piece.

You are helping me construct a dream… while I aim to aid you in yours. It´s a magnificent feeling.

Morale of the story: clarity changes the game.

Clarity is something you develop after you launch your first idea.

After you take the first step.
After you read that first business/design book.
After you take a shot at your local gym.
After you tell how you feel to that person.

Every single time you want to know where you´d want to go and how… it all comes down to just making the first step of experimenting and tweaking from there.

That´s exactly what´s happening while I´m constructing this CREATIV3 agency.

It´s a hard step I´m in alongside my two co-founders and friends: setting the ship ready for wandering the seas is not easy. Yet we know the best way is to just start experimenting.

Complete the fundamentals and start working as an agency.

Not worrying about working on the agency.

Clarity with our processes, with our objectives, with our sales, communications, service, etc… will come. But we need to start now.

That´s the reflection I´ve been pondering lately.
