this simple method will 10x your results in 2024.
Guidelines that will help you center your life in this New Year.

New Year. New Me.
At least that´s the phrase that has been adopted year after year.
And it´s quite true. New Year offers us the opportunity to create a different version of ourselves.
For better, or for worse. That´s the point of this season of change: decide whether you´ll compound with the right actions for the best version of yourself, or whether you´ll compound with the bad actions for the worst version of yourself.
And notice how I said compound. Because we aren´t rushing to see that change.
We are aiming to walk all the way until the very last day of the year. We want that constant improvement to go on and on. It´s not a race.
Your actions, your thoughts, your words… everything will count for your compounding.
Everything.
Decided this wasn´t a good day to go out for a run?
Decided you wanted to visit your family this week instead of burning out with the same feelings?
Decided you wanted to read the book instead of scrolling aimlessly at your phone?
➯ I read this statement by Matt Graham and pondered it deeply: “Every person can be their 1st of January version.
➯ They just need to look in the mirror and make the promise to achieve that dream version each morning, and each day will be a fresh start.”
We want new beginnings for a reason.
It´s the opportunity we need to challenge ourselves, to feel part of a community again, to ignite the desire for positivity and growth in our lives.
Start 2024 with a clean slate.
Your best version of yourself wouldn´t wait until “it´s time” to elevate your life.
It would act right now. So here are some of my favorite recommendations to get your New Year ignited with the right attitude and mindset.
Set your alarm at 10:30 pm and wake up at 9:00 am.
Drink 1 liter of water after you wake up.
Do your bed.
Go out for a walk and stay connected with nature.
Get dressed and do a pair of working blocks of two hours each.
Create a visual dashboard where you can see your current day, the tasks you have for it, and the important deadlines and goals you plan to achieve during the week.
These simple steps will help you feel “on track” as soon as you apply them and will help you grow the right systems to accomplish your New Year resolutions.
Also, having a community that constantly reminds you about this level of progress is vital in the long run.
Accountability is the best ally you can have right now. So I´ll recommend getting inside the Driven Minds.
We are all committing ourselves to compound for our best version this year. 1% better each day is the call.
I´ll see you there, and have a nice weekend dear friend.

You need to stumble.
You need to get your feet full of mud.
Advance every step of the hill.
The best way to achieve any kind of real progress,
milestone, outcome, or ability is the hard way.
Because it is the only way.
