We Simply have to Do Good
A counter-intuitive approach to our era´s fast pace growth mindset.
We all have seen it on social media. The life we want. The level and type of success each and every single one of us wants to achieve.
We live our life dreaming about how we can live better, and yet we achieve nor do anything about it.
We stay on the promises, rather than on the facts, we are moving towards a clear path.
“The secret to “great” design is simpler than you think.” - The Futur
And he´s right about it. The secret to a great life is simpler than you think. It all starts with being good. Being good at what we do, at what we intentionally seek. Being good with our time, being good with our practices, being good with our ideas.
It´s picking up the fundamentals and working with them. It´s getting focused rather than busy. Is choosing the right decisions, not the bad learnings.
But it´s freaking hard to be good. For real.
Being good requires patience. And you know this takes a tremendous amount of effort. Especially if you are a young soul.
You want to eat the world. You have plans, great ones. You have the energy. You may lack clarity regarding the processes you need, but you feel ready.
It´s complex. You need time t build good things. We can be so stressed out with all the new ways of getting on higher grounds, learning, and leveraging our craft at higher rates.
But the faster we want to build, the less stable our final result will be. We have only one duty then: be good. Do good. Brick by brick. That´s all it takes.
“We are being fed a false narrative of what can be done”. The Futur. This narrative tells us we can do much better, faster, and more valuable work with certain time stamps. Spoiler, reality doesn´t work like that for many of us.
This pressure for doing the best out of everything we want to accomplish is based on pure power-seeking, not meaningful vision.
We need to understand that if we want to achieve our best, we need to be willing to walk a whole marathon. Not a speed race.
Create your own narrative. inspire from others. Learn from others. But don´t let anybody else´s life mess up with your own.
You are creating your unique story. You are getting lessons and motivators, not defined arcs for your life.
We simply have to do good. Each day, each step of the road we take. Be good with that. the rest will come.
⤴️ The Weekly Update
📚 Reading is a challenge. Is better done together. That´s great advice for becoming an eternal learner: read and share your discoverings. Share your emotions throughout each page.
Become a translator for the thoughts that rise after each chapter. Good reads, good life, good people. It´s the power of community.
💡 Temper is the courage of the soul. We know we sometimes can´t be in control of things. So we better head up towards the remedy: temper. Temper is the power within the reach of our emotions. Temper lets us acquire the results without any burden. Make your soul proud.

💭 The Lonely Reflection
Stop trying. Start living.
You won´t get far if you say out loud: I´ll try to make it.
I´ll try to figure things out.
The real start is: I´ll make it happen.
I´ll change things in the process.
AND… I´ll make it happen.

Life is all about leveraging the 80/20 rule. 80 percent of your achievements as a person will come from 20 percent of your actions. It's all about finding that 20 percent and executing on it.
