On paralyzing fear
Words can penetrate more than bullets. But actions can demonstrate far more meaning.
Fear. It´s an unstoppable force if let alone in this world. It´s a double-edged sword, and it can paralyze our senses, even if we have trained long enough to deal with it.
Fear can end even with the greatest of intentions. Acting with fear is the only solution to this.
If fearing is paralyzing you, maybe you just need to let fear be part of the act, do not exile it, because neither of you will win. Act with it, despite it, not for it.
On laziness
Every athlete has once been a lazy soul trying to do the impossible task of getting up and trying once more, for many more times than they would want to.
And even though they have this enormous capacity for commitment, they also embrace laziness from time to time. Because it is in their rest that they find the strength for their comeback. Their willpower finds a purpose for the hard work.
So, plan blocks of laziness in your life. It´ll do more than recharge you, it´ll push you to find new limits each time.
On quitting time
Our time is a block in an infinite universe. Our actions can fix it to certain conditions, in a way leading its path.
We know how to mold time, but time isn´t something we can comprehend to its total extent.
It would be awesome to relive many memories, to change past events, or to find a “new time” to test out solutions, thoughts, etc.
We all can do it. We all can develop a present mind to enjoy this time. But there´s more to time than we can possibly imagine. It can be an illusion; it can be real. But each has consequences.
Ah, just one more thing, if you want to continue improving and nourishing your purpose, your soul, your focus, and overall, your presence of mind, join me and a deep community of learners that aim to construct a life on intention and depth of mindset and heart.
We´ll chat later on this week´s life brew, so stay tuned for that. As always…
