Where should I begin?
Listen, as entrepreneurs we have this saying: we are not done ´till we reach the top.
And sometimes I just wander who freaking said that. It´s not ´till we reach the top, as the top is something that we barely scrap each time we work on our projects.
Each time we continue our climb, the top just gets further, and further away.
Expertise? Done, acquired.
Thrilling experiences along the way? Check that too.
Obsession over our art and quests? Absolutely.
Time to end our work? NEVER.
So, today I wanted to share with you the current status of the whole journey, how many pebbles have fallen along the way, how many climbs I´ve made, and overall, how you can grip on to better rocks and go higher each time.
(please note, if you fall, you need to get back up again ASAP!)
Land your learning sessions.
It´s not a surprise life gets busier the moment you step into the arena of content creation, scripting, editing, planning, client management… the list goes on.
You´ll need systems, lots of energy and time to manage, as well as some crazy obsession with those projects.
But don´t ever, ever… skip your learning sessions.
My bad.
I´ve been reorganizing so much stuff with the brand, the agency, my own offer and content, that I had losen up a bit on the different lessons I had reserved for myself.
Slowly, I´ve been getting back on track. It´s refreshing to get all of these new perspectives and reflections back, as well as implementing new skills on the different projects I need.
Land your learning sessions.
Prepare for rumbles.
People underestimate how much damage a little fall can cause.
But it does hit hard.
I´ve had to backdown from content creation as my HQ suffered a loss recently, so back to the basics again. It´s just me, my skills, and the power of online writing. We gotta work with that for now.
So be prepare for setbacks, sometimes they aren´t as bad as you´d think they could be, and even then, they are still a reminder for you that something can change for the better.
Guard your clarity.
Mental accuracy is key.
All of our ideas are linked with our actions, hence the quality of our outputs, so I encourage you to pause for a second and ask yourself:
Am I really protecting the quality of those ideas?
Read, consume valuable information and then deconstruct that knowledge.
Even feelings can be comprehended too.
These techniques have allowed me to unclutter my mind and work on what matters for me right now: brand direction and offer preparation.
Learn from babies.
Even though they are cute and new to this world, they might have some lessons with them.
I´m talking about learning to take it step by step.
It´s not a sprint.
The work we are doing takes time.
The outputs we want take a huge amount of clarity and responsibility.
We better practice our patience and discipline to stick to the direction and re-arrange our plans.
So, these are the 4 main lessons I´m implementing right now as I´m building my life and brand in my 20´s.
Let me know which lessons YOU are implementing.
And if you want to dig deeper into everything I´m building, check the new HQ and send me a message!
I´ll see you next Saturday.
Keep rocking it.
